Ackerman Retail’s Kelly Wilson brokers lease for restaurant chain’s fifth location in metro Atlanta.

ATLANTA, GA, June 28, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — Popular breakfast, brunch and lunch eatery Egg Harbor Café has signed a 3,405-square-foot lease to open its newest Atlanta-area location at the Porter on Peachtree mixed-use development located on Peachtree Road in Brookhaven, GA. Scheduled to open in 1Q 2024, the Brookhaven restaurant will be Egg Harbor’s fifth location in metro Atlanta, joining eateries in Alpharetta, Buckhead, Johns Creek and Sandy Springs.

Kelly Wilson, Senior Vice President for Ackerman Retail, completed the lease on behalf of landlord Porter on Peachtree LLC. Irving Jacobson of The Shumacher Group represented Egg Harbor Café.
